Are you a Youth?

- Do you want to learn more about God and the church?
The Faith Rebels are a youth group (grades
7 - 12). We are an exciting & energetic group that journeys together
through faith, activity and community.
Ok, so what do we do?
Here's a list of some of the cool things we've done in the last year:
- Attended a Halloween Dance (see photos)
- Went on a Faith Road Trip exploring other churches and other faiths
- Had sleepover parties
- Went on a three day camping trip
- Create and run Youth Services (Last one held on February 10, 2008)
- Had potluck, sacred rituals & worship on Ash Wednesday
- Hosted a Shrove Tuesday Dinner/Family Dance
- Hosted a Formal Wear Sunday
- Ate lots of candy and chocolate
- And oh so much more
But...what about all that church stuff?
Believe it or not, we actually do talk about God, the church, our faith.
BUT - it's not scary! Don't worry. We have lots of fun while we are
learning and growing...and it's always ok to have your own opinions
and thoughts.
When do we do it?
In addition to meeting during worship on Sunday mornings, there is
a monthly calendar with The Faith Rebels' events and activities available.

The idea about a huge roadtrip, July 2009,
is floating around. We need to dream, and dream big. Youth.

New members are always welcome, but please let Jess,

she can have a drum for you!
